1 cup Dark cholocate
7- 8 biscuits
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp castor sugar
Sugar coated chocolate
In a big bowl , break biscuits and crush them with your hands.
Alongside, melt dark chocolate by the double boiler method.
In the bowl with biscuits, add butter , castor sugar and knead it into a mixture.
With the help of a scooper , scoop out roundels in a plate by first dipping into water, then filling the mixture from the bowl , and then finally remove with hands.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours . Now, spread the melted dark chocolate , on the roundel , leaving some gap in between giving the shape of an eye. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Place sugar coated chocolate on the roundel with a dash of chocolate sauce to stick on the roundel and serve.
Choco Banana Shake (called Muddy Buddy)
1-2 banana- kela
2 cups milk- Doodh
3 tablespoons powdered chocolate drink mix- Cocoa powder
2 tablespoons use normal sugar- Cheeni
In a blender, combine banana, milk, chocolate drink mix and sugar. Add a little chocolate syrup and blend until smooth. Decorate the insides of a tall glass with chocolate syrup and pur the chocolate shake in it. Now top with whipped cream and decorate with sliced bananas and glazed cherries on a satay stick. Sprinkle some grated chocolate and serve.
Serve it cold
Chilled Banana Dessert
150 gms whipping cream
150 gms chocolate ice cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanilla essence
In a bowl, add whipped cream and chocolate ice cream and mix.
Slice 2 bananas diagonally and put on the base of a mound.
Add whipping cream mixture till half.
Again add a layer of bananas and top with whipping cream mixture.
Refrigerate for 4-5 hours to set. Demount and serve.
Serve it cold.
