The Basic Training kitchen provides formal introduction to cooking. This is where students gain the knowledge of the basic of cooking.
Quantity training kitchen
Here the students learn to make menus, preparation, presentation and service in “bulk cooking” mode.
Advanced Training Kitchen
This is where senior students develop expertise in a particular field of culinary delicacies. It is identical to a typical hotel kitchen.
Bakery & Confectionery
This is the place where student learn to bake cakes, breads and pastries. They also learn to make chocolates, puddings and other exotic desserts.
